PREMIERES DANCE-FILLED VIDEO FOR “DISCO”
EXCLUSIVELY WITH ALTERNATIVE PRESS
NEW EP THOUGHTS LIGHTS COLORS SOUNDS
DUE OUT MAY 22ND
Indie-Pop group Sub-Radio are delivering some much-needed dance moves with their music video for “Disco”, premiering exclusively with Alternative Press today. The track highlights the band’s effortless blend of decades of musical influences and will leave any listener dancing through the weekend while the music video encapsulates their live quality and non-stop energy they bring to the stage.
“Our very first idea was the chintzy VHS-style effect you see on the video. And we knew we wanted something simple and fun that would drop people right into the fashion and music hell that was the late 70s,” shares vocalist Adam Bradley in an exclusive interview with Alternative Press. “On-set, the best part had to be getting the individual shots of each guy dancing in front of the light wall. To get those little snippets we shot full, three and a half minute takes of each of us dancing to the entire song. You can only imagine what got cut.”
“Disco” is the first taste of new music from the six-piece’s forthcoming EP Thoughts Lights Colors Sounds, due out May 22nd. This will be their first release since last year’s Dog Years EP. Produced by Dylan Bauld (Flor, Halsey, LIGHTS) and mixed by Andrew Maury (Shawn Mendes, COIN, Post Malone), Dog Years shows Sub-Radio fully embracing different styles, textures and energies throughout 5 cohesive tracks. Fans can stream Dog Years today at https://spoti.fi/2sSpDv6.
Sub-Radio is Adam Bradley (vocals), Matt Prodanovich (guitar, vocals), Michael Pereira (drums), John Fengya (keys, guitar, vocals), Barry Siford (bass) and Kyle Cochran (guitar, keys).
