Indie-Pop group Sub-Radio are bringing their infectious melodies to the dance floor with the release of their latest single “Disco.” Premiering exclusively with Billboard today, the track highlights the band’s effortless blend of decades of musical influences and will leave any listener dancing at their desks, on the subway, in the line at the grocery store and with their loved ones.
“Life is messy and stupid and very hard and sometimes it feels good to stop taking things seriously and just dance for a minute. That’s what ‘Disco’ is all about,” vocalist Adam Bradley shares with Billboard.
“Disco” is the first taste of new music from the six-piece’s forthcoming EP Thoughts Lights Colors Sounds, due out May 22nd. This will be their first release since last year’s Dog Years EP. Produced by Dylan Bauld (Flor, Halsey, LIGHTS) and mixed by Andrew Maury (Shawn Mendes, COIN, Post Malone), Dog Years shows Sub-Radio fully embracing different styles, textures and energies throughout 5 cohesive tracks. Fans can stream Dog Years today at https://spoti.fi/2sSpDv6.
With “Disco” streaming through people’s headphones, even more new music with the announcement of the forthcoming EP and rumblings of taking their infectious live performance on the road again, it’s clear that this is just the beginning of a very exciting year for Sub-Radio.
Sub-Radio is Adam Bradley (vocals), Matt Prodanovich (guitar, vocals), Michael Pereira (drums), John Fengya (keys, guitar, vocals), Barry Siford (bass) and Kyle Cochran (guitar, keys).
